Job summary

JobLeader is seeking an experienced Instrument Technician for our Al-Kuwait team. The role involves installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining instrumentation systems used to measure and control flow, temperature, pressure, and other variables in industrial processes.

You will work both independently and with the team to ensure reliable operation. Responsibilities include calibration, preventive maintenance, documentation, and liaising with vendors for installations and repairs.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as an Instrument Technician.
• Knowledge of instrument types such as pressure gauges, flowmeters, and transmitters.
• Ability to read schematics and drawings.
• Familiarity with safety regulations when handling hazardous materials.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair instrumentation systems such as temperature controllers, level regulators and transmitters.
• Calibrate instruments using precision test equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on instrumentation systems.
• Maintain a clean working environment.
• Follow safety regulations when handling hazardous materials.
• Keep accurate records of work performed in the company database.
• Liaise with vendors for installation and repairs of instrumentation systems.
