Job summary

FutureHire in Hawalli, Kuwait is seeking an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team. You will install, maintain and repair a range of instruments and equipment used in our facility, conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues and calibrate devices as needed.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in instrumentation technology, can read schematics, and work effectively both independently and in a team. This contract role does not require English proficiency or housing accommodation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Instrument Technician.
• Strong knowledge of instrumentation including flow meters, transmitters, sensors.
• Familiarity with electrical systems and reading schematics.
• Excellent troubleshooting and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair various instruments and equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections for proper function of instruments.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform repairs or replacements.
• Calibrate instruments per established standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Collaborate with technicians and engineers to identify solutions.
• Follow safety protocols with electrical equipment.
