Job summary

Work standard is seeking an Instrument Technician to maintain, calibrate, repair, and troubleshoot instruments used in industrial processes at Al-Kuwait. You will perform inspections, document activities, and ensure safety standards are met while supporting production uptime.

The role requires basic technical education and English fluency; accommodation is provided for eligible candidates, and Indian nationals are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Technical degree or certification in instrumentation or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, control circuits, and industrial instrumentation.
• Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair various types of instruments such as gauges, meters, controllers, and sensors.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
• Calibrate instruments according to manufacturer's specifications.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with instruments and make necessary repairs or replacements.
• Keep detailed records of all maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times.
