Work corp is seeking an Instrument Technician in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. The technician will maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot instruments such as pressure gauges, flow meters, level indicators, and temperature sensors in oil field environments.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years in industrial instrumentation, strong mechanical and electrical principles, and the ability to read technical documentation. A valid driver’s license is required. Background check will be conducted.

Job Description:

The Instrument Technician is responsible for maintaining, calibrating, and troubleshooting instruments used in the Al-Kuwait oil fields. The technician will be responsible for operating and maintaining a wide range of industrial instruments including pressure gauges, flow meters, level indicators, and temperature sensors. The Instrument Technician must possess strong mechanical aptitude and be able to read technical documentation to determine the best course of action when dealing with any instrument-related issues. The technician will also work closely with electrical engineers to ensure all instrumentation is functioning properly.

Requirements for the Candidate:

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of three years in industrial instrumentation experience as well as a comprehensive knowledge of mechanical and electrical principles. Experience in computerized troubleshooting systems is also a plus. Candidates must be able to pass a background check and must possess excellent interpersonal skills that are necessary for interacting with coworkers, customers, and vendors in an efficient manner. A valid driver’s license is also required for this position.
