Overview

Instrument Technician vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair instrumentation and associated equipment in the facility.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment as scheduled.
• Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, P&IDs (Process & Instrumentation Diagrams), and schematics used in the installation of new equipment.
• Complete documentation related to repairs and maintenance activities and maintain inventory records.
• Provide regular updates on equipment status and work closely with other technicians, engineers, and management to ensure equipment is functioning optimally.

Qualifications

• Experience in instrumentation or a related field is preferred.
• A degree or diploma in electrical engineering or instrumentation technology would be beneficial but is not necessary.
• Open to candidates with no experience if they can demonstrate aptitude for the role through other qualifications or skillsets.
• Strong communication skills, as daily interaction with technicians and engineers is expected.
