As an Instrument Technician you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of instruments utilized in industrial and manufacturing settings. This position requires a high level of technical knowledge and expertise in troubleshooting and problem‑solving. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Instrument Technician, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Install and calibrate instruments such as sensors, transmitters, controllers and analyzers.
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment.
• Conduct routine maintenance on instruments to ensure proper functioning.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams and schematics.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
• Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot complex problems.
• Adhere to safety regulations at all times.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent technical degree or certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience working as an Instrument Technician in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Excellent knowledge of electrical systems, circuits and controls.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, diagrams and schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify complex problems quickly.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work well independently or as part of a team.
