Work in USA is seeking a qualified Teacher to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The role involves delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and maintaining records to support student achievement.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field and demonstrate the ability to work with diverse age groups; experience is preferred but not mandatory. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 1 year teaching experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work with different age groups and levels of academic ability.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver lessons according to the curriculum and educational needs of the student.
• Develop lesson plans according to the curriculum, taking into account the learning needs of each individual student.
• Evaluate student progress and provide feedback based on performance.
• Monitor student behavior in the classroom and provide guidance when needed.
• Prepare students for examinations as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of student grades and attendance.
• Establish a positive working relationship with parents/guardians.
• Remain current with developments in education by attending seminars, workshops, conferences etc.
