• Previous experience as a waiter or server preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional language skills in Hindi or Arabic is an advantage).
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle complaints or difficult situations calmly and professionally.
• Basic math skills for processing payments accurately.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor and escort them to their tables
• Present menus and provide recommendations on food and beverage options
• Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring accuracy and presentation standards
• Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly
• Process payments accurately using POS system
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining area at all times
• Assist with setting up tables, decorations, or other preparations for special events or occasions
