Job summary

Workato in Bayan, Kuwait, is seeking a skilled Indian driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a valid driving license, communicate effectively in English, and be able to work full-time with regular hours Monday to Friday.

Accommodation not provided, so the candidate should already have suitable housing in Bayan. Responsibilities include transporting goods or passengers, maintaining vehicles, and coordinating with dispatch to optimize routes.

Qualifications

• Must be an Indian national with a valid driving license.
• Fluent in English; both written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Prior experience as a driver is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with Bayan roads and traffic patterns is an asset.
• Ability to work independently and follow directions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods and/or passengers to designated locations.
• Follow all traffic laws and company policies while on the road.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of assigned vehicles.
• Keep records of vehicle inspections, repairs and maintenance.
• Communicate with dispatch or other team members to coordinate schedules and routes.
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods when necessary.
