Job Title: Accountant – English Speaking - Malayalee Preferred - Al-Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should be proficient in English and have a working knowledge of financial accounting and reporting. It is preferred that the candidate be a Malayalee, however this is not a strict requirement.

Your primary responsibilities will include preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, undertaking financial audits, reconciling ledger accounts, and providing support to the finance team. You will also be expected to prepare budget reports and forecast future financial needs as well as analyze data for discrepancies. In addition, you may be responsible for training junior members of the accounting team and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent numerical skills with attention to detail as well as good analytical abilities. You should also have experience with accounting software packages such as QuickBooks or SAP FICO. An ability to spot errors quickly and accurately is essential, along with strong organizational skills.
