Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Officer to support a wide range of human resources functions, including onboarding, employee engagement, training, payroll coordination, and attendance management. The role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless employee experience, promoting a positive workplace culture, and maintaining HR operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and deliver a smooth onboarding experience for new employees, ensuring proper orientation, documentation, and integration into the workplace.
  • Manage and develop a structured internship program that supports learning, mentorship, and professional growth.
  • Assist in planning and executing staff training and development initiatives, tracking participation and gathering feedback.
  • Support payroll administration, salary adjustments, and ensure timely PIFSS registration and updates in compliance with labor regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze employee attendance, leave, and punctuality data, preparing regular reports for management review.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of all HR-related information.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, wellness activities, and HR communication campaigns.
  • Contribute to HR policy implementation, compliance monitoring, and process improvement projects.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team on day-to-day matters and special assignments.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
