Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  2. Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
  3. Conduct employee onboarding and training programs to enhance engagement, skills, and retention.
  4. Oversee performance management systems, providing guidance on employee evaluations and development plans.
  5. Address employee relations issues, providing support and conflict resolution to ensure a harmonious workplace.
  6. Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
  7. Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.
  8. Develop and implement employee engagement programs to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  9. Provide support for payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring timely and accurate compensation.
  10. Collaborate with management to assess training needs and develop programs that enhance employee skills and career growth.
