We're looking for a modern, dynamic HR Director (or strong HR Manager ready for the step up) who wants to roll up their sleeves and work alongside a passionate team to elevate HRs role in our clients business growth story.
This role reports directly to the CEO and leads a capable HR team of 7
In your first 6-12 months, you'll:
Your day-to-day will blend strategic leadership with hands-on execution because here, leaders don't just direct, they do.
Must-Haves:
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field. An MBA from top‑tier business school is highly preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR within the fast moving goods industry, with a proven track record in managing end‑to‑end HR functions, and small/mid size teams.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the FMCG sector, local and regional (GCC) labor law.
