  • Nuur Kids (with Alnowair): A joint venture targeting student wellbeing for ages 8–22 across GCC schools. The pilot (Sept–Dec 2025) blends AI coaching, culturally adapted content, and gamified learning for students, parents, and schools.
Job Description

We are seeking a professional and organized Human Resource Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of our organization's human resources processes.

  • Manage and maintain employee records using HR information systems (HRIS)
  • Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
  • Support employee onboarding and orientation programs
  • Handle employee relations issues and concerns with professionalism and discretion
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in performance management processes, including annual reviews and goal-setting
  • Support compensation and benefits administration
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with management to address HR-related questions and concerns
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics
  • Participate in HR initiatives and special projects as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR roles
  • Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection processes
  • Experience in employee relations and performance management
  • Familiarity with compensation and benefits administration
  • In-depth understanding of Saudi labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
