HR Operations Manager – Arabic Speaking – FMCG

As HR Manager, you will be responsible for a full generalist role and running operations of the site in Kuwait. You will have around 250 employees on site, split between 65% blue collar and 35% white collar workers.

Your role will be to:

1. Manage all legal issues related to HR
2. Provide insights and feedback to local management and the HRD on the HR pulse
3. Identify local HR talents as potential resources for future market requirements
4. Ensure the implementation of the recruitment and exit cycle
5. Ensure full application of the Employee Handbook and the Corporate Expatriation Policy
6. Recommend changes and updates on the current HR Policies and procedures applicable
7. Review remuneration structures based on external equities and recommend salary increases
8. Handle all Management Development activities
9. Work with head office in Dubai to keep all HR activities in line with the global vision of the company

English - Fluent / Excellent
Arabic - Fluent / Excellent
