We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing ongoing human resources programs, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement and manage ongoing human resources programs, policies and procedures.
  • Support the organization by providing advice on hiring practices and employment policies.
  • Oversee recruitment processes and manage employee performance reviews and disciplinary procedures.
  • Administer employee benefit programs, handle employee grievances and conduct investigations into violations of company policy.
  • Develop training materials to support new employees and existing staff development needs.
