Overview

HR Manager role in Al-Kuwait. Salary: 900. We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, training and development, performance management, labor relations, employee engagement and retention. The HR Manager will also provide strategic direction to the organization on people management topics.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategy, plans and procedures according to the company’s objectives
  • Manage recruitment process including job postings, interviewing and selection of candidates
  • Prepare job descriptions for new positions and review existing job descriptions
  • Oversee performance management process; review job performance evaluations and provide guidance to managers
  • Oversee employee relations activities including responding to employee grievances
  • Advise on organizational design issues such as team structure, job roles and responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with employment law regulations in order to protect the company from legal liabilities
  • Develop effective employee engagement programs in order to promote a positive work culture
  • Monitor training needs assessment and ensure that learning opportunities are provided for employees
  • Administer salary surveys to ensure competitiveness of compensation packages
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required; Master’s degree in Human Resources preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR management positions required; experience in an international setting preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of labor laws; ability to interpret complex regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proactive problem-solving skills
