Job Description: We are looking for a HR Manager to oversee the human resources operations of our Al-Kuwait office. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that promote our company's mission, vision, objectives and values, while improving employee engagement and satisfaction.

The HR Manager will manage the recruitment process, employee onboarding and offboarding, performance management and employee relations. They will also develop and implement compensation and benefits programs as well as training programs for employees. The successful candidate should have excellent interpersonal communication skills to ensure the smooth functioning of all aspects of human resources operations in the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with corporate objectives
  • Manage all aspects of recruitment including posting job advertisements, conducting pre-screening interviews, developing job offers and managing onboarding processes
  • Oversee employee relations activities such as performance management, training & development programs, disciplinary procedures etc.
  • Monitor compensation & benefits plans to ensure they are competitive in the market
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations including filing & maintaining records related to personnel activities (payroll etc.)
  • Organize team building & other staff engagement activities to promote team spirit in the organization
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience working as a HR Manager or similar role
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge of labor laws & regulations

Salary: 1700/month
