Job summary

Hilton Kuwait is seeking a Housekeeping Team Leader to supervise the housekeeping team, ensure cleanliness and quality in guest rooms, and deliver exceptional hospitality that delights guests.

You will train and schedule staff, inspect rooms, coordinate maintenance, and oversee deep-clean initiatives while maintaining inventory and equipment for smooth operations. This role emphasizes guest satisfaction and leadership within a prestigious hotel brand.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the housekeeping team: train, schedule, and oversee team members to maintain cleanliness and quality in guest rooms
• Conduct room and area inspections: perform routine checks of checkout rooms, spot inspections, and review service areas for standards
• Coordinate maintenance needs: report and follow up on maintenance issues or facility concerns
• Oversee special projects: schedule and supervise periodic deep cleaning and special housekeeping initiatives
• Manage inventory and equipment: maintain stock levels and ensure proper maintenance of housekeeping equipment
• Delight our guests: ensure excellent service, including VIP and special guest requests

• Manage inventory and equipment: Maintain stock levels and ensure proper maintenance of housekeeping equipment
