Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
• Extensive experience as a hotel manager or similar role in hospitality.
• Strong budgeting principles and ability to create effective business plans.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to oversee multiple projects.
• Outstanding interpersonal communication skills to resolve conflicts quickly.
• Proficient with computer software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Ensuring hotel staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Supervising staff training and performance evaluations.
• Delegating tasks and ensuring all departments are functioning optimally.
• Creating cost-effective strategies and plans to improve operational efficiency.
