Overview

Hotel Manager job in Al-Kuwait Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced and professional Hotel Manager to manage our hotel in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably with the same or a similar type of hotel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations
• Manage staff and maintain high standards of client service
• Ensure the smooth running of the facility
• Develop and implement effective strategies to increase customer loyalty and revenue
• Operate with excellent organizational skills and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Interact effectively with guests, colleagues, vendors and other stakeholders
• Demonstrate leadership qualities and work well in a team environment with minimal supervision
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills to resolve conflicts quickly and efficiently

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably with the same or a similar type of hotel
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
