Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of the hotel's operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and staff well-being.
  • Oversee operations from guest services to financial management.
  • Set goals and targets; train staff; ensure customer service standards are met.
  • Coordinate room availability with reservations; handle complaints; monitor staff performance and payroll.
  • Maintain overall property cleanliness and ensure compliance with regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate others and align the team with company goals.
  • Excellent customer service, problem-solving abilities, multi-tasking, and attention to detail.
  • Qualification such as a degree in hospitality management or business administration is highly valued.
