PROJECT MANAGER (Interior Fit‑Out)

Location: Kuwait – Farwaniya

Immediate hiring – Full‑time

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day site operations and ensure work progress as per schedule.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Review drawings, BOQs, material submittals and work quality.
• Prepare project schedules, reports and follow‑up documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety and site regulations.
• Manage manpower planning, resource allocation and daily site supervision.
• Monitor variations, snag works and final handover.

Requirements

• Minimum 5–7 years experience in interior fit‑out (retail, office, restaurant preferred).
• Strong knowledge of MEP, civil and finishing works.
• Ability to read and understand architectural/MEP drawings.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Valid transferable visa and Kuwait driving licence.
• Immediate joining preferred.
