Job summary

JobCenter in Kuwait is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator for our Al-Kuwait site. The role offers a monthly salary of 1,800 KWD and is open to immigrants with no prior experience.

You will operate and maintain heavy machinery used in construction projects, ensuring safe, compliant operations at all times. Responsibilities include operating bulldozers, backhoes, graders and excavators; performing routine machine maintenance; loading materials; digging trenches as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with safety regulations.
• Ability to read blueprints and use hand tools.
• 1+ years of experience as Heavy Equipment Operator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, backhoes, graders, excavators.
• Perform regular maintenance on machines (oil changes, fluid checks).
• Follow safety regulations and company policies when operating equipment.
• Load or unload materials onto machines for transport on site.
• Dig trenches or holes according to plans using the appropriate machine.
