Job summary

Avanta Works in Kuwait is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful applicant will operate heavy machinery with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Requirements include at least 4 years of construction experience, a valid driver’s license, strong communication and teamwork skills, and knowledge of safety regulations. Experience with excavation is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience operating heavy equipment in a construction environment.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team or independently.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and safe operation practices.
• Previous excavation experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transporting, excavating, loading, grading and surfacing materials.
• Operating bulldozers, backhoes, earthmovers, graders and similar heavy equipment.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain equipment.
• Perform basic repairs and keep service records.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by management.
