Job Description

• Perform all physio therapist / treatment offered on the spa and wellness menu
• Upsell treatment / retail products and activities concerned
• Administrative duties
• Receive and respond to all guests/members on physio therapy concerns
• Handle all transactions and maintain the daily balance with efficiency
• Support wellness host team on all information concerned for treatment

Qualifications

• Certification from an accredited school of Massage and Aesthetics required
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Spa treatment skills: Beauty Therapy Specialist, body Massage, Facial (nail treatment is an advantage)
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the same position in a luxury hotel
