Overview

We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to build and lead the sales function for a fast-growing B2B SaaS platform in the technology space. This role is ideal for a hands-on sales leader who can design the go-to-market strategy, close high-value deals, and later scale a team across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the overall sales strategy across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
  • Personally lead sales conversations with Directors, CFOs, and other decision-makers.
  • Create sales playbooks, proposals, and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing to drive lead generation and with customer success for account expansion.
  • Hire, train, and lead a high-performing sales team as the company scales.
  • Own revenue targets and deliver consistent growth.
Requirements
  • 5–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Proven track record of closing enterprise-level deals in the GCC region.
  • Strong understanding of HR workflows and decision-making cycles.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a startup/scale-up environment.
  • Fluent in Arabic & English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
