About the Company

Our client is a prominent holding company in Kuwait, renowned for its diversified portfolio in various business lines, including construction, lighting, F&B, luxury retail, and more. With a commitment to excellence and innovation, they are at the forefront of driving growth and success in the Kuwaiti business landscape. Currently, they are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing for their F&B division to join their team and report directly to the CEO.

Position Overview

As the Head of Marketing for the F&B division, you will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy specifically tailored to the food and beverage business units within the organization. You will play a critical role in enhancing the brand presence, driving customer engagement, and ensuring the achievement of marketing objectives within the F&B sector. This role reports directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Marketing Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the overall goals of the F&B business units.
    • Collaborate with business leaders in the F&B division to understand their specific marketing needs and ensure alignment with the corporate strategy.
  2. Brand Management:
    • Uphold and enhance the brand identity and image of the F&B brands.
    • Oversee the development and maintenance of branding guidelines to ensure consistent branding throughout the F&B division.
  3. Digital and Traditional Marketing:
    • Lead and manage digital marketing initiatives for the F&B brands, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
    • Develop and execute traditional marketing campaigns, such as print, outdoor, and TV advertising, as required.
  4. Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning within the F&B sector.
    • Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and adapt them as needed.
  5. Team Leadership and Development:
    • Build and manage a high-performing marketing team for the F&B division, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
    • Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members.
  6. Budget Management:
    • Develop and manage the marketing budget for the F&B division, ensuring cost-effective strategies and responsible resource allocation.
  7. Public Relations and Communications:
    • Oversee public relations activities for the F&B brands, including media relations, press releases, and crisis communications.
    • Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, government bodies, and industry partners.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
