Handyman


We are in need of a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Hawalli. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on our premises. Your duties will include fixing plumbing and electrical systems, repairing appliances and furniture, and handling general upkeep tasks. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess basic knowledge of various trades such as carpentry, painting, and HVAC. Good time management skills and the ability to work independently are also important for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as light plumbing and electrical repairs
- Repair or replace broken appliances, furniture, or fixtures
- Paint walls, touch up chips or scratches, and perform minor carpentry work
- Install new fixtures or equipment as needed
- Inspect the premises regularly for any issues or potential hazards
- Respond to requests for repairs from tenants or management in a timely manner
- Keep track of materials and supplies needed for repairs and maintenance
- Ensure tools are properly maintained and stored after use
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and HVAC systems
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects if necessary
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills
Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
City: Hawalli (Preference for Indian or Egyptian nationality)
Working hours: Part-time (approximately 20 hours per week)
