Job summary

Avanta Works in Kuwait is seeking enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our dining team in Al Ahmadi. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience.

Visa sponsorship is available for international candidates. The role requires strong English communication, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work weekends and holidays in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

Proven work experience as a waiter/waitress or similar role.
Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Hindi is an advantage.
Customer-oriented approach and friendly attitude towards guests.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Must have legal authorization to work in Kuwait (visa sponsorship available).

Responsibilities

Greet and escort guests to their tables.
Present menus and explain daily specials.
Take accurate food and drink orders from guests.
Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner.
Check on guests throughout their meal, ensuring satisfaction with food and service.
Clear tables and clean dining area after guests have finished their meal.
Handle guest concerns or complaints in a professional manner.
Work as part of a team to provide excellent service to our guests.
