Basic salary KD 900 + Housing Allowance KD 200 + Transportation Allowance KD 100

One of the most prestigious, high-end private membership club in Kuwait is seeking an experienced Group Exercise & Personal Training Manager to lead its fitness and wellness programming. About the Club

• Two signature restaurant and a coffee shop
• Group Exercise division with:
• Pilates and Reformer studios

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver 3–4 engaging and safe group classes per day, 5 days per week
• Lead, train, and manage full‑time and freelance instructors to ensure the highest quality programming
• Develop timetables, events, and workshops to enhance member engagement and retention
• Maintain exceptional service standards and ensure all group exercise activities reflect the exclusivity of the club
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members while driving innovation in programming
• Oversee safe practices, fitness assessments, and member orientation sessions
• Monitor budgets, performance metrics, and revenue opportunities through events and specialised classes

Candidate Profile

• 3–5 years’ experience in a leadership role within fitness, hospitality, or wellness
• Strong background in group class delivery across multiple disciplines
• Expertise in program design, client assessment, and safe training practices
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic an advantage)
• CPR and First Aid certification required
