This is a full-time position offering 1800 USD per month, with opportunities for growth within the company. The candidate should be able to work independently and communicate effectively with clients and coworkers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience with general handyman tasks.
• Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and other maintenance skills.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and facilities.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Repair or replace broken or damaged fixtures and appliances.
• Install new fixtures and equipment as needed.
• Complete carpentry projects such as building shelves or repairing furniture.
