Job summary

HRInvest is looking for a Logistics Executive in Kuwait to manage the end-to-end logistics of premium local produce for Horeca clients. You will oversee transport, storage and delivery, coordinate shipments and inventory, and work with procurement, operations and sales to optimize the supply chain.

The role requires 3–5 years in logistics or supply chain roles, strong communication with vendors and transport providers, and a proactive, analytical mindset to identify improvements and control

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain or a similar role with hands-on inventory control and shipping coordination.
• Strong understanding of logistics systems and collaboration with procurement, operations and sales to streamline processes.
• Excellent communication with vendors, transport providers and internal teams.
• Analytical skills to track performance and implement improvements.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards in logistics.
• Cost-management mindset with ability to negotiate transport rates and terms.
• Multitasking ability and performance under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible, solution-oriented mindset to swiftly resolve logistical issues.

Responsibilities
