Job summary

A leading food services company in Kuwait is seeking an experienced Quality Controller. You will ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards while overseeing production procedures and training staff. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in a food-related field, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and HACCP certification. Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills are essential. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of previous proven experience as a quality controller or related role.
• Must be HACCP certified with Level 03 as a minimum requirement.
• Familiarity with quality testing machines and systems.

Responsibilities

• Inspect procedures of the entire production cycle for efficiency and compliance.
• Approve incoming materials and conduct tests for specifications.
• Conduct staff awareness training sessions on food safety & quality.
