Job summary

AL Kuwait is seeking a florist to join our team in Al Kuwait. You will design stunning flower arrangements, prep and package flowers for sale, and help customers choose the right blooms with care tips.

No formal education is required; enthusiasm for flowers and good communication are valued. The position offers 1300 KD per month plus performance-based bonuses, flexible hours, and a friendly team environment.

Qualifications

• No formal education is required for this role, though related experience is a plus.
• Must have a keen eye for detail and design.
• Familiarity with different types of flowers, plants, foliage, etc.
• Good communication skills with customers.
• Ability to work well in both team and individual settings.
• A valid work permit (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Design flower arrangements based on customer requests and preferences.
• Prepare flowers for sale by cleaning, trimming, arranging, and packaging them appropriately.
• Provide advice to customers on selection of flowers and appropriate care instructions.
• Ensure that all tools and products are safely handled when preparing flower arrangements.
