Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist florists in preparing and arranging bouquets, baskets, wreaths and other decorations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop.
• Greet customers, take orders and provide design recommendations.
• Handle cash transactions and keep accurate sales records.
• Assist with inventory and place orders for supplies.
• Help with deliveries to customers or events as needed.
• Learn about flowers, care instructions and arrangement styles.
• Participate in training to improve floral design skills.
