Ecojob in Al-Kuwait is seeking an experienced Fitter to ensure efficient operation of all mechanical equipment on site.

The candidate will read blueprints, install and repair machines, perform regular maintenance, and troubleshoot faults in a fast-paced environment while working with minimal supervision. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a fitter role.

We are looking for an experienced Fitter to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of all mechanical equipment on site.

The main responsibilities will include:

• Installing and repairing machines, engines, motors and other mechanical equipment.
• Reading blueprints and schematics to determine the specific tasks to be completed.
• Troubleshooting systems and diagnosing mechanical faults.
• Assembling components together using hand tools and power tools.
• Carrying out regular maintenance inspections of all machinery.

Required Skills & Experience

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of machines, tools and other mechanical equipment used in the industry.
• A high level of manual dexterity and an aptitude for problem solving.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with industrial machinery installation or repair would be advantageous.
• Certification from a technical school or college is also desirable but not essential.
