Job summary

Al Tijaria Real Estate Kuwait is seeking a finance-focused professional to develop detailed financial models and conduct due diligence for investment opportunities. You will gather data from multiple sources, perform market research, and prepare reports for senior management.

You will evaluate investments, calculate returns, and support with portfolio analytics and board discussions, contributing to Al Tijaria's strategic growth in Kuwait City.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed financial models and investment write-ups
• Conduct industry and business research aligned with Al Tijaria strategy
• Gather data from public and private sources
• Perform market surveys or use third party sources
• Analyze and evaluate gathered information
• Prepare a report on market research findings
• Prepare full due diligence at macro, micro and operational levels
• Prepare final investment recommendation
• Gather information on Al Tijaria from various sources
• Evaluate subsidiaries' securities
• Assess Al Tijaria investments
• Calculate actual and expected returns
• Analyze overall portfolio returns and risk via variance
• Prepare findings report for Board review
• Analyze Board feedback on strategic direction
• List requisites for clarifications on performance concerns
• Gather information on underperforming investments
• Analyze exit strategies suggested by management
• Follow up and update comprehensive reports regularly
• Ability to support multiple tasks
