About the Role

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead the financial management, reporting, and control activities of our Company. This key leadership position will ensure accurate financial statements, strong internal controls, and compliance with Kuwaiti laws and IFRS standards, while supporting the company’s growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all finance operations – accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Oversee cash flow, liquidity, LCs, and bank guarantees to ensure business continuity.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and performance reports.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with Kuwaiti tax, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage audits and coordinate with external auditors.
• Mentor and guide the finance team, fostering excellence and accountability.
• Partner with operations and sales leaders to align financial goals with business strategy.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; ACCA/CPA preferred.
• 6–8 years of finance and accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role in Kuwait or the GCC.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local financial regulations.
• Hands‑on experience with Odoo ERP or similar systems; advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; strong communication and leadership skills.
