Job summary

Role Overview

The Marketing Officer is responsible for executing marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and drive visitor engagement. This role combines planning, digital marketing execution, and on‑ground activation management to ensure consistent brand messaging and measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with creative agencies and internal teams to develop campaigns that strengthen brand positioning.
  • Plan and implement seasonal promotions, events, and partnerships to boost footfall and sales.
  • Manage daily operations of social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), posting, community engagement, and growth.
  • Develop and implement paid media campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
  • Analyze digital metrics (impressions, CTR, conversions) and optimize campaigns for performance.
  • Coordinate influencer collaborations and digital content shoots.
  • Work closely with content creators, photographers, and videographers to ensure high‑quality brand representation.
  • Plan and oversee event activations, sponsorships, and collaborations with partners, schools, and media.
  • Monitor and evaluate guest feedback during activations to ensure consistent experience.
  • Manage signage, outdoor media, and point‑of‑sale marketing materials across all park zones.
  • Track KPIs including visitor growth, engagement rate, lead conversions, and campaign ROI.
  • Maintain a marketing performance dashboard and report weekly results to management.
  • Manage communication with external vendors, media agencies, and sponsorship partners.
