A brand-new boutique wellness studio is opening in Kuwait, in early 2026. Designed around infrared training, sculptural movement, and ritualistic experiences, this studio offers a high-end, empowering environment where community and wellness meet.

We’re searching for a passionate, multi-certified Female Group Fitness Instructor to join our client's founding team. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your energy, creativity, and expertise to a space that blends fitness, performance, and wellness culture.

About the Studio:

- Opening 2026 in Kuwait

- Boutique, infrared-based fitness and wellness space

- Focus on sculptural, heated, and empowering group classes

- Community-driven and aesthetics-aligned

What We’re Looking For:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience leading group classes

- Certified in one or more of the following:

*Lagree

*Hot Pilates

*Hot Barre

*Hot Yoga

*Functional Strength

*Sculpt / HIIT

- English fluency (conversational to advanced)

- Personality traits: energetic, grounded, supportive, inspirational, confident, and community-focused

Role & Responsibilities:

- Lead 4–5 group classes daily across multiple modalities

- Support studio culture and wellness rituals

- Build strong relationships with clients and foster community spirit

- Participate in seasonal workshops and events (with bonus opportunities)

- Optional: Provide personal training sessions (commission-based)

Compensation & Benefits:

- Salary: 850 KWD/month (approximately US$ 2 780) based on experience & certifications

- Visa & Relocation: Provided (with one-way ticket for international hires)

-Accommodation: Allowance available if needed

- Commission:

20 KWD per class beyond regular schedule

20% on PT sessions

- Bonuses:

*Workshop leadership revenue share (20–30%)

*Seasonal incentive bonuses
