We are seeking a highly skilled EXECUTIVE CHEF to join the prestigious and well-known Hospitality Group in Kuwait. This is an exciting opportunity for a culinary leader with a strong background in International cuisine and proven experience with top-tier hospitality brands.

As ideal candidate you will have:
  • Certificate/Diploma in culinary arts from recognized Institution
  • Significant experience as Head Chef or Executive Chef with Internationally recognized brands
  • Expertise in fine dining cuisine and/or upscale casual dining concepts
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to deliver consistently high standards of food quality and presentation
  • International exposure and familiarity with global culinary trends
  • Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a multicultural environment
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Overseeing all kitchen operations and culinary teams
  • Designing and executing menus aligned with brand standards
  • Ensuring food quality, consistency, and innovation
  • Managing food cost, inventory, and supplier relationships
  • Upholding international hygiene and safety standards
  • Training and mentoring kitchen staff
  • Collaborating with management to enhance guest dining experiences
