Job Description

The Executive Chef will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including menu design and development, food preparation and presentation, staff management and training, cost control and budgeting, health and safety compliance, and customer service. The Executive Chef will also ensure that all standards are met in terms of quality assurance, food safety, cleanliness and sanitation.
