Overview

Executive Chef job vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait. We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Executive Chef to join our team at Al-Kuwait. As Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a high quality menu that meets the needs of our customers while ensuring the culinary team is prepared to exceed customer expectations. You will also be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, including menu development, staff management, recipe development, and inventory management.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop menus based on customer preferences
• Train, manage and motivate kitchen staff
• Monitor food preparation methods
• Create new recipes as well as modify existing recipes
• Ensure quality of ingredients used in the kitchen
• Oversee inventory management including ordering supplies and equipment
• Maintain health and safety standards in the kitchen
• Develop cost-effective strategies to reduce waste and maximize profits
