Job summary

Avanta Works in Kuwait City is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. You will operate and maintain excavators to meet project demands while upholding safety standards. This is a full-time role with a competitive monthly salary and visa sponsorship if needed.

As a key member of the crew, you will read blueprints, perform routine maintenance, and support site operations. Strong teamwork and reliable performance are essential for success on our projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an excavator operator.
• Valid license/certification for operating excavators.
• Ability to read blueprints and plans accurately.
• Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions.
• Good communication skills in Urdu or English.
• Pakistani nationality preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate various types of excavators to perform tasks such as digging trenches, grading land, and loading material.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating the excavator.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on the excavator and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Read and interpret blueprints and plans to ensure accurate excavation work.
• Communicate effectively with team members and follow instructions from supervisors.
• Keep daily logs of work performed and materials used.
