Job summary

PPOAR in Al-Kuwait is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team. You will operate heavy excavators to perform foundation digging and earthmoving while reading plans and maps accurately.

The role requires strict adherence to safety regulations, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work flexible hours including overtime. We offer a competitive salary package of 1600 KWD per month plus benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Proven experience as an excavator operator is essential.
• Extensive knowledge of safety regulations and procedures is essential.
• Ability to read plans maps accurately.
• Good physical condition with excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to make sound decisions in hazardous situations.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license with previous experience driving heavy vehicles is an advantage.
• A willingness to take direction from supervisors.
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Drive heavy excavators to move earth, lay foundations and dig trenches
• Operate a variety of heavy equipment including bulldozers, backhoes, loaders and graders
• Monitor the operation of the machine for signs of problems or damage
• Follow instructions from supervisors regarding job sites and work requirements
• Inspect machines prior to use for any mechanical problems or defects
• Make adjustments on controls when necessary during the course of work operations
• Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed

We are looking for an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy equipment to excavate land, operate digging machines and related construction activities.

Job Description:

The Excavator Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of heavy excavators to perform various excavation tasks. You will be required to operate the equipment according to established procedures, while maintaining a safe work environment. You must also be able to read plans and maps accurately, make sound decisions in potentially hazardous situations, and complete all tasks promptly while adhering to safety regulations at all times.
