Want More in Kuwait City is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our construction team. You will operate and maintain heavy excavation equipment on site, ensure safe and efficient performance, and communicate with supervisors on job progress and any issues.

The ideal candidate holds a valid Excavator Operator license, has at least 3 years of hands-on experience in construction, and can read blueprints. We offer a competitive salary and stable employment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Excavator Operator license required.
• 3+ years of experience operating excavators or other heavy equipment in construction preferred.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints/drawings preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain heavy excavation equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures when operating machinery.
• Move materials around the construction site safely and accurately.
• Perform daily maintenance tasks on the machinery, such as inspecting fluids and belts.
• Communicate with supervisors about any issues or problems that arise during the job.
• Load/unload trucks with excavated material.
• Follow directions from supervisors regarding job requirements/specifications.
