Overview

We are looking for an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to be part of a fast-growing team in Kuwait.

Responsibilities

• Operate an excavator on construction sites or other assigned areas safely and efficiently.
• Use tools and equipment as directed by supervisors or engineers (e.g., shovels, hammers, rakes, drills) and maneuver the machine according to instructions.
• Inspect the machine prior to each shift and ensure it is properly maintained according to safety regulations and codes of practice.
• Monitor traffic movements around the work area and take necessary safety precautions to protect workers on site.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience operating excavators.
• Ability to read plans and use them to execute the assigned tasks.
• Good knowledge of safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to transport the excavator safely if needed.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions closely.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
