Job summary

MechaForce in Bayan (Kuwait) is seeking an experienced Gardener to join our estate team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gardening, and a keen eye for detail, with knowledge of plants, trees and landscape design.

Responsibilities include maintaining outdoor areas, planting, pruning, fertilizing, pest control, designing landscaping projects, operating gardening equipment, keeping records, and coordinating with the team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of plants, trees, gardening techniques and landscape design.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail and excellent time management.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Biometric passport or valid work permit for India.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and care for all outdoor areas of the estate including gardens lawns and hedges
• Planting pruning and fertilizing of trees shrubs flowers and other greenery
• Monitor and control pests and diseases to ensure the health of the plants
• Design and implement new landscaping projects to enhance the beauty of the estate
• Operate gardening equipment such as lawn mowers hedge trimmers and leaf blowers
• Keep accurate records of work done and supplies used
• Communicate with other members of the team to coordinate tasks efficiently
