Job summary

PPOAR in Al-Kuwait is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead planning, organizing, coordinating and delivering projects on time and within budget. The role requires strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities, with training offered for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will manage project plans, coordinate internal teams and external vendors, monitor timelines and budgets, and report progress to stakeholders on a regular basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or relevant field preferred but not required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to think creatively.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans that identify goals, milestones, resources needed, timelines and budget requirements.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects.
• Monitor progress of projects against established timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate project activities between internal teams as well as external vendors.
• Identify challenges within projects and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Oversee project documentation and ensure accuracy of data in reports.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders on a regular basis.
